What: Dream Finders Homes Active Adult Veteran’s Appreciation Program

Eligibility: Any Veteran that currently serves or has been honorably discharged in the armed forces of the United States of America to include, the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard or Space Force and is the contract purchaser of a DFH home in the Active Adult Division.

Proof: Veteran will provide a Military ID or DD214 showing proof of service.

Appreciation: Eligible Veteran will be credited $2000 towards sales price of home. Only one amount of appreciation may be provided on a sale. In the event that there is more than one Buyer that is eligible on a given sale, only one (1) credit of $2000 may be credited to Buyer.

Effective: for Sales on or after April 1, 2023.
